- Salvation Experience – Got down on my knees and asked Christ to save me in centerfield of a professional baseball diamond while playing in the Minor Leagues.
FAMILY:
- Married 35 years to my wife (Calie), 3 Children, 4 grandchildren
- We live in Pickens, SC on a 68 acre equestrian farm.

- Brown University (Ivy League) - Political Science – (I was taught by some of the foremost political thinkers (strategists) in the world) - Organizational Behavior and Management (This was a comprehensive application of business leadership theory)
- MBA - Clemson University - Entrepreneurship and Innovation - 4.0 GPA.
